2 of a Kind....workin' on a full house

Hey all!  Popping in to share a page on this Labour Day - my last day before returning to work tomorrow!  I thought I would share a spread I made earlier in the summer.  This one features some family pictures taken back in 2014.  I absolutely treasure having them but they're tough too since my Momma was so sick here and we lost her just a few days after these were taken.

The title is from the Garth Brooks song.  That song summed things up about my parents and they sure did get the full house!!  The pictures on the right side are the kids & their spouses (top) and the grandkids (bottom).

Created with 3 Bugs in a Rug's Home Grown collection

Thanks for stopping by!

A Turtle Reveal!

I can't believe it! I have been such a blog slacker this week. It is March Break here and I have been enjoying lots of time with my baby girl and family and friends! I think I might need another week to recover from this one. ;)

Anyway, on Monday my reveal went live over on Turtle Soup and I totally forgot to post it here.

I was playing with the super cute Great Outdoors line from 3 Bugs in a Rug. So fabulous!!!

Check it out.......

And here is another layout I made with my kit for a challenge on the board. If you can believe it I still have enough goodies left to make another layout or two!! :)

Oh, and for all of you scrappers out there...Scrapping Turtle is having a DT Call right now. Let me just tell you that this is an incredible place to be on a team for. The ladies are fabulous and the kits are incredible!!! Check out all the info here and send in an application!!

Camping is Tiring Work

Another layout I created with leftovers from my Scrapping Turtle DT Kit (The Great Outdoors from 3 Bugs in a Rug). This was based on a sketch from Anne Marie over on Turtle Soup.

Camping Cool - A Turtle Sneak!

March is here already! I can't believe it! That means though that it is time for another round of sneak peeks over at Scrapping Turtle. Be sure to check out their blog to see what everyone else has created!

This month I am playing with this super cute line from 3 Bugs in a Rug - The Great Outdoors! I love it! It is seriously cute and gave me a reason to print off a bunch of camping pictures!!

Here is my sneak peek featuring one of my favourite pictures of my nephew Parker....

Reveal Day Once Again at the Turtle!

**I am so incredibly & fantastically thrilled to announce that I won the retreat contest!! WOO HOO!! Thank Karen!! I can't wait to Go Scrapping!!**

Today is the 15th and of course that makes it time for another reveal at Scrapping Turtle. This month I got to play with the super fabulous 'What a Hoot' line from 3 Bugs in a Rug. So fun & fabulous!! Be sure and stop by the forum to see what my fellow fabulous DT members have come up with!

This first layout is also my entry for Go Scrapping's Win A Retreat contest. Oh, how I would love to win this contest. I hear nothing but fabulous things about these retreats. Miss Karen does things up good!! :) (I know this layout may seem a bit of a weird choice since it's about family and my baby girl isn't it. But, before Maya came along this is how our family began. )

And a special shout out to my girl Hannah! Have a super fabulous birthday!!

On an other note....this is the last week before Crop for the Cure and I have lots to do! But of course, as luck would have it, I am sick. Have been sick all weekend and am still sick. Do you think I can make it go away just by sheer force of will?!?! So far it isn't working for me. :(
