Cars Suck & some Christmas wishes too

Somedays owning a car really sucks!! It seems this past year that it has been one thing after another with our vehicle. It is in the shop as I type this and I am waiting for the call that will tell me what the damage is this time. Man, I wish we didn't have to be so dependent on vehicles but of course once you start to drive it is hard to imagine life it. No vehicle means no work for me. The upside I guess is that I got the day off work today since I had no means to get there; however I think I would rather be at work then pay to fix the car.

Okay, enough complaining.......

On the plus side Christmas is coming!! If you want to know the exact countdown, go here! I LOVE Christmas! there is just something about the season that makes you feel good about things! I love that it is a time to get together with family that you may not get to see through the year. It is a time when I really miss those who are no longer with me and that makes it a little tough. But most of all now that I have my baby girl in my life I look forward to experiencing all of the wonders of Christmas again through her eyes. Last year she was a little young to appreciate it all but we'll see how she does this year. I think Christmas morning is going to be lots of fun!!
