"Trick or Treat"

Today's challenge over on Turtle Soup is brought to us by Heather. She has offered up a picture to use as inspiration. There were a couple of other requirements too but I noticed them after I loaded my picture. That's what you get for not reading more carefully. We were also supposed to use the colour orange (I got that one covered!!) and a photo turn (ooops!!).
