When one door closes.....

....they say another one opens. I sure hope that whoever "they" are are right! I sure could use some good luck or karma right about now!! A few days ago Pat came home from work to tell me that he had received an email on his way home telling him that the company he works for had closed down, effective immediately. We were in shock to say the least. I have to say though that I don't think it sunk in for me until Wednesday when the final pay he should have received was not deposited into his account. Because as if things weren't bad enough, it now seems they will not get that money. Life is just great some days (I say very sarcastically)!! Anyway, here ends my complaining! I prefer to keep this blog about happy and fun things but sometimes the bad side of life is just too much to ignore.

Here's hoping our luck changes soon!!
