Each Sunday brings a challenge at Turtle Soup. This week's was brought to us by our fabulous Guest Design Team member Rhonda. The task was to create a card using flowers, ribbon and the colour purple. It just so happened that I needed a card for my friend Kristy's wedding this weekend (more on that later) so here it is....
On Thursday all the ladies gathered for the Mendhi. A henna artist was brought in to decorate us. She is incredibly crazy talented. Not only was the henna absolutely beautiful - she was SO fast!!
Anyway, here are a couple of pictures from that night...

my henna Saturday was the Nikah (wedding ceremony). A very pretty ceremony and Kristy looked stunning in her langa!!
