Maya finally gets to have her cake AND eat it too!

So, since Maya officially turned one yesterday I made her a little cake so she could have her own little celebration with Mommy and Daddy! Poor girl - we've been to a few birthday parties lately and Grandma even bought her her own cake for an early celebration at the Rutledge reunion but mean Mommy wouldn't let Maya have any. I know maybe I am weird but I wanted her first experience with cake to be on her birthday! So, last night was it - she got to have some cake finally and she certainly enjoyed it! By the end, she was covered in it!! She's got more to look forward to too! There will be more cake to be devoured at her birthday party on the weekend!!
